Refund policy

If the fabric you receive has any of the following quality issues, we will offer free returns, exchanges, replacements, or a full refund:

1. Significant color difference in the fabric (does not match the product details page, exceeding the normal shooting error range).

2. Damage, skipped stitches, large stains, uneven printing, or other processing problems in the fabric.

3. The received fabric does not match the order (e.g., incorrect material, specifications, or weight).

Application Timeframe: Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photos/videos of the problem. We will verify and process your application as soon as possible.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We apologize, but we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own. Once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.

Refund

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive a refund automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and ship the refund.
